We consider our granola to be absolutely the best available on the market today. We never compromise with quality and our chefs make batch by hand. Not only raw but our granola is 100% organic!

We use a good amount of pre-sprouted pecans followed by cranberries, sunflower seeds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, and real dark maple syrup. You will taste the flavors we promise in every bite, which makes this a delightful and wholesome treat for everyone.

Our Organic Raw Granola Bites are packed in a recyclable glass jar.


Why Raw?

Raw food is also called living food and it is as close as food can get to its natural form. No or minimal heating (under 46ºC/115ºF) of food preserves the food's vitamins, enzymes and phytonutrients as much as possible and we can benefit from eating it in its most bioavailable form. Raw food prepared in our kitchen is vegan, gluten free, white sugar free, GMO free (and organic as much as possible!)

What is sprouting?

Sprouting is a process we do for all the nuts and seeds used at our kitchen. By soaking and rinsing the nuts and seeds in water, it helps remove the enzyme inhibitors that are keeping them dormant and wake them up for sprouting! Sprouted nuts and seeds are considered to be "alive" and they not only have higher nutrient content compared to it's dormant state, but the vitamins and minerals in these sprouted nuts and seeds are also in a much more bio-available form for us to utilize in our body. 

Another important reason to sprout is to remove the phytic acid. Phytic acid is a natural acid found in unsprouted nuts, seeds and grains. When it enters our body it causes problems by binding with minerals such as Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and Zinc and blocks the absorption of these minerals which can lead to mineral deficiency. It is a very important process to sprout before consuming any nuts, seeds and grains.

We’ve selected high quality organic ingredients and prepared with care to preserve the highest nutrients and flavors as much as possible. All nuts and seeds are soaked and pre-sprouted to remove the phytic acid and make the nuts and seeds bio available for human consumption. All jars are disinfected by hot water and vinegar. We do not use any chemicals in our process.
