Made with a batch of our raw granola and raw coconut yoghurt, it takes only minutes to prepare this easy dish. You can substitute whole blueberries for the strawberries or sliced peaches or blackberries!
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup Green Vitamin Raw Granola Bites
- 2 cups Green Vitamin Raw Coconut Yoghurt
Place a few blueberries on the bottom of four 1 3/4-cup glass bowls or parfait glasses. Divide half of the Raw Coconut Yoghurt among the bowls. Spoon about 1/4 cup granola over each serving, then add another layer of the remaining fruits. Add another layer of the yoghurt and top off with the remaining granola. Serves 4.
